Check-in time is 4 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. A refundable security deposit of $100 USD payable by CREDIT CARD ONLY is required at Check-in for incidentals.

Guests enjoy many services at our resorts, including on-site amenities, electric vehicle charging stations, resort-wide Wi-Fi access, cribs available upon request, full use of the business center (copy & fax), guest package pickup, and resort parking. The nightly resort fee is applied at the time of check-out and is subject to change without notice.

Updated, March 1st, 2024: At Legacy Vacation Resorts, security cameras continuously monitor package storage areas to ensure the safety and security of all deliveries. Any packages arriving after hours are either securely stored or supervised by overnight staff to prevent theft or loss. At LVR Kissimmee: There is a non-refundable package handling fee of $6.00 per package, for all non-owners. Packages must be picked up within 72 hours of delivery to the resort. Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in packages being returned to the sender.
Package Center Operational Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:00-5:00 and closed on Sunday.
Guest Package Pick-Up:
- Guests must provide a Photo ID to pick up packages.
- Packages won't be released without proper ID.
- If someone else is picking up a package, written confirmation from the owner is needed.
- Assistance with retrieving or transporting packages is not allowed.
- Guests cannot open packages at the pick-up location.
Perishable and Prohibited Items:
- Perishable items are not accepted and should be returned immediately.
- Prohibited items like weapons or drugs are not accepted.
Unclaimed Packages:
- Unclaimed packages are returned to the sender after 3 business days.
- Legacy Vacation Resorts does not ship packages to Guests after checkout.
Packages Returned to Sender:
- Packages delivered more than 7 days before check-in are returned unless prior arrangements are made.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the resort.
Yes, a debit/credit card is required for all reservations. When using a debit/credit card at Check-in, a preauthorization hold is made in the amount of $100. Your financial institution determines the length of time the hold remains in place, and may take up to 7-10 business days from the date of Check-out or longer depending on your bank/card issuer.

Pet Policy
All of our properties, except Indian Shores/Clearwater, are dog-friendly!
Guests: $35/night with a 5-night maximum ($175), charged per reservation.
LVR Owners: $25/night for $125 maximum per reservation + Tax
- Only dogs are permitted. Up to two dogs are allowed per unit, with a combined weight limit of 75 lbs.
- Please disclose pet stays at the time of booking. Undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee. A pet waiver will be presented at check-in for each guest to sign, acknowledging the rules and fees.
- Crate pets when unattended in guest units. If pets disturb others, owners will be contacted and may need to board pets at a local kennel. Fees apply for multiple complaints.
- Pets are prohibited in the pool, deck pool, or splash pad. Visit our website for pet-friendly services.
- Barking, biting, and nuisance behaviors are not tolerated. Guests may be asked to check out without reimbursement.
- Pets must always be on a leash and cannot be left unattended unless in a crate.
- Use designated pet relief areas and dispose of waste properly.
- Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc.
- Legacy Vacation Resorts, Lake Buena Vista is Dog Friendly for all unit types except for the Three Bedroom Premium Suites.
All suites and guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited near the buildings and in common areas. If applicable, a room recovery fee of $500 USD may be applied to restoring the suite(s) to a smoke-free environment.

In an effort to remain environmentally friendly, we allow you to customize your clean. Please keep in mind that we do not offer daily housekeeping services. However, you may request complimentary towel and linen exchanges during your stay. Reservations that are longer than 7-nights are entitled to receive a free full-service cleaning*.
*Cleanings are done Monday through Thursday and should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact our Front Desk team to schedule your cleaning services.

After Check-out guests can utilize the resort amenities, only for the day of the departure.
Yes, all suites come with cooking equipment.
Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee. Motor home, moving trucks, and boat parking are not available. Approximately two cars are permitted to park per room/suite, based on availability. Subject to change without notice.
You can report lost and found items by completing the Lost & Found form.
- Reservations have to be booked directly with Legacy Vacation Resorts through our website or by calling our contact center. Any reservations booked through 3rd party channels are not commissionable.
- After the checkout date, TA must submit an invoice along with a copy of their W9. The invoice must reflect the correct amount of total stay with the reservation number. Comission is 10% of the total nightly rate. Taxes and Resort Fees are not commissionable.
- Request for payment must be submitted via groupsales@legacyvacationresorts.com within 30 days of check-out.

At this time Brigantine's amenities are only able to accommodate registered guests.
Washers and dryers are located on the Ground level and 8th floor for use by all guests ($2 USD fee).
One car is permitted to park per room/suite. Additional cars are subject to towing. In-house guests of the resort and guests of the Laguna Grill and Rum Bar are permitted to park. The restaurant provides Valet parking attendants. The parking lot is smaller than the resort and parking can be a challenge at times but the resort is always willing to work with guests regarding parking.
