Reservation Confirmation - In order to guarantee your reservation, one night's room and tax will be applied to your credit card at the time of booking. Reservation guarantee varies with rate plan selection and may require a larger deposit amount or pre-payment in full. Please review deposit rules prior to accepting the term and conditions. Card holder must be present with payment and identification at the time of check in.

Reservation Modification & Cancellations - Conditions vary with rate plan selection. Cancellation and modification terms are detailed when booking your reservation, please ensure to review these policies prior to acceptance.

Beach Tags - Legacy Vacation Resorts provides beach tags for your use based on room size during your stay with us. All beach tags must be returned prior to check-out or guest will be charged $30.00 for each tag not returned.

Age Requirements - Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the resort. Children under 18 years of age stay free with an accompanying adult.

Check-in/Check-out - Check in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m. The Front Desk operates 24 hours a day. A major credit card is required at check-in for authorization of a $100 security deposit and the nightly resort fees. The $100 security deposit will be released upon checkout, provided there are no damages or incidentals. The nightly resort fee of $12.99 plus tax per night will be charged to the card on file. Resort fees are subject to change without notice.

Debit Cards/Credit Cards - When using a debit/credit card at check in, a preauthorization hold is made against the anticipated amount of your stay including estimated incidentals, up until your date of check-out. Your financial institution determines the length of time the hold remains in place, and may take up to 72 hours from the date of check out or longer depending on your bank/card issuer.

Early Departures - No refunds are given for early departures.

Housekeeping Services & Towel Exchange - Towel exchange is complimentary and housekeeping services are available for an additional fee (please contact the front desk to make a request for towels or housekeeping services).

Parking - Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee - motor home and boat parking is not available. We will provide you with a tag for parking. All parking tags must be returned prior to check-out or guest will be charged $20.00 per tag.

Resort Fee - Enjoy many services at our resorts including beach tags required by city for beach use, unlimited local phone calls, up to 30 minutes domestic long distance phone calls, full use of the business center (Internet access, copier services), access to the in-room safe where available, crib use (available upon request), pool, and parking for $12.99 plus tax per room, per night. The resort fee is applied at the time of check-out. Resort fees are subject to change without notice.

Smoke-Free Environment Policy - Legacy Vacation Resorts Orlando became a smoke-free environment for all accommodations. Smoking is permitted in areas outside of the buildings, but is not acceptable in any unit type. The front desk gives a reminder of the policy upon check-in, and a recovery fee will be issued to guests who smoke in or near units to cover the costs of restoring units to a smoke-free condition.

Dog Policy - Dog-Friendly Suites (no other pets allowed) available upon request with fee of $150.00 due at check-in. 2 dogs, up to 75 lbs. per unit. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Based on availability.

Guest Mail/Package Policy

At Legacy Vacation Resorts, security cameras continuously monitor package storage areas to ensure the safety and security of all deliveries. Any packages arriving after hours are either securely stored or supervised by overnight staff to prevent theft or loss. Please note that Legacy Vacation Resorts does not offer package shipping services for guests.

Guest Package Pick-Up:

Guests must provide a Photo ID to pick up packages.
Packages won't be released without proper ID.
If someone else is picking up a package, written confirmation from the owner is needed.
Assistance with retrieving or transporting packages is not allowed.
Guests cannot open packages at the pick-up location.

Perishable and Prohibited Items:

Perishable items are not accepted and should be returned immediately.
Prohibited items like weapons or drugs are not accepted.

Unclaimed Packages:

Unclaimed packages are returned to the sender after 3 business days.
Legacy Vacation Resorts does not ship packages to Guests after checkout.

Packages Returned to Sender:

Packages delivered more than 7 days before check-in are returned unless prior arrangements are made.
